Starpoint CSD goes into lock-out situation

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — Starpoint Central School District entered into a lock-out Wednesday afternoon.
The lock-out began as the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office attempted to check the welfare of a person at Pets Alive on Campbell Blvd., roughly five miles from Starpoint.
