Spooky disco supports young cancer warriors

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- For the second year, a silent disco will take over Sto Lat Bar in support of young cancer warriors.Sophia the Fierce Inc. is putting the event together, in honor of Sophia Benintende, who passed away from Ewing Sarcoma in 2023. Sophia loved the Halloween season, and giving back. She started the nonprofit herself while she was fighting cancer.Proceeds from the night will go to Sophia the Fierce Inc., which gives back to kids fighting cancer in three ways: respite, research
