Speeding stop nets DWI arrest, pot seizure

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A speeding stop along the I-190 led police to seize a quantity of drugs, and take a man into custody for drunk driving.
Police say they stopped 36-year-old David L. Timmer III and found marijuana on his person. While testing his sobriety, police say he failed tests. Timmer registered a .16 percent blood alcohol content on a breathalyzer test.
