SPCA weighs-in on animal abuse registry
NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB)- The Niagara County Legislature gave a unanimous green light to an animal abuse registry Tuesday.
Starting soon, individuals convicted of animal abuse in Niagara County will have their names and faces online for all to see.
The goal of the registry is to better track offenders, and crack down on future abuse.
