SPCA Monday: Kitten found in Buffalo looking for a home

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Erie County SPCA calls this cat a “playful ball of purrs.” Tinsel came to News 4 looking for a home on Monday.
Born in September, Tinsel was found in Buffalo and taken to the SPCA.
All kittens from the SPCA come spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. A free visit to a vet is also included.
