SPCA Monday: Cookie

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The SPCA Serving Erie County brought in a four-month-old Plott Hound mix named Cookie on Monday.
Cookie was born on the Seneca Indian Reservation, and her previous owner could no longer care for her.
