Solar City lures spin off complex to South Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) –It’s the first major spin off development from the billion dollar Solar City project.
Last night, the City’s Planning Board gave John W Danforth approval to spend seven million dollars on a new warehouse directly across South Park Avenue from the Solar City. It will cover 12 acres of a vacant field and be twice more space than the mechanical contracting company needs, so that other contractors who will supply Solar City can become tenants.
