Skyway reopens after morning accident

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Amid rough weather, an accident led to a temporary closure of the Skyway’s outbound lanes.
All outbound lanes were blocked shortly before 8 a.m. They reopened nearly an hour later.
There were delays on the inbound side of the route.
