Silver alert issued for missing Gowanda man

Buffalo, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Gowanda man is the subject of a Silver Alert issued Saturday morning by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.
David Sharts, age 47, was last seen in the area of Aldrich and Buffalo Streets.He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, about 200 pounds, with gray hair.Police are not sure what he was last seen wearing.
This alert was issued for Sharts because he’s reported to have symptoms of Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia or cognitive disorders.
