Silver Alert issued for missing elderly Amherst man

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing elderly Amherst man.
Ferdinand Philipps, 84, was reported missing Monday night. He is described as a white male, possibly driving a gray 2015 Ford Fusion, license plate New York DPJ5178.
