Serious accident closes Route 438 in Brant, helicopter on scene

BRANT, N.Y. (WIVB) — A serious crash between at least two vehicles forced the response of medical personnel and first responders in Erie County Monday morning.
Officials say they were forced to close Route 438 in both east and west directions after the 10 a.m. accident. Following the crash, officials called for an emergency helicopter, which stationed nearby.
