Serial killer Bernardo selling e-book on Amazon

TORONTO, ONT. (WIVB) -Serial killer Paul Bernardo is selling a terrorism-themed e-book on Amazon.
The Toronto Star reports that customers are protesting sales of the book, but there is likely little can be done to stop it.
Bernardo gained international fame for a series of rapes and killings, including his own sister-in-law in the Toronto and Niagara region of Ontario.  He is known for videotaping his sex slaying.
The Bernardo book,  A Mad World Order, is selling for $7.77 for the Kind
