Serial burglar caught through Facebook sentenced to 10 years in jail

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Facebook helped lead to his arrest, and now Brian Benjamin, 53, is going to jail.
After admitting to burglaries dating all the way back to July of 2010, Benjamin was sentenced to 10 years in jail.
Six years ago, Benjamin burglarized a house on Kay St. in Buffalo. During the incident, prosecutors say he smeared blood on two windows that he used as entry and exit points.
