School Nurse: Don’t panic if kids come home with lice

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A statewide school nurses organization is urging parents to take the necessary precautions to avoid a new strain of drug-resistant head lice, but also reminds them that while annoying, the parasitic insects are relatively harmless.
