School bus driver’s abusive behavior leads to a Call 4 Action

LACKAWANNA, N.Y. (WIVB) – It was the very first day of school and Jim Monnin could not believe what he heard coming from his 9 year daughter’s school bus—the driver verbally abusing the children, as he dropped students off in the Bethlehem Park neighborhood.
“He is off the charts–screaming, hollering. He’s got these kids literally in tears,” and Monnin said other parents were shocked at the driver’s behavior.
