S.C. student gets patent, invents pool toy

GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) — One young man’s problem in the pool turned into a patented invention, with a little help from mom and dad.
Davis Bartow was playing in the pool with his father when he was three years old.
He was having trouble making his pool noodles stay together while trying to make a raft for his dog to float on.
