Reward offered for tip leading to arrest of parole violator

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Crimestoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information that could lead to the arrest of a man who violated parole.
Police are searching for 41-year-old Luis Borea who has convictions of criminal possession of a weapon and manslaughter. He is considered to be dangerous and could be armed.
