Retired cop avoids jail time during sentencing for misdemeanor assault charges
WHEATFIELD, N.Y. (WIVB) — Although a victim of assault asked for jail time for his assailant, a judge was lenient with a now retired Niagara Falls cop during sentencing on Tuesday.
