Report hits NYS with low grades for its infrastructure

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — New York’s report card is not up to par when it comes to the state’s infrastructure.
A new analysis from the American Society of Civil Engineers graded the state in many areas, and the results are not good.
The report handed down “D” grades for the bridges, roads and sewers, saying the wastewater systems alone need $36 million in upgrades.
