Report: Canada begins talks about border reopening

CANADA (WIVB) -- There is finally movement regarding reopening the United States-Canadian border. Bloomberg reports that senior officials in the Trudeau administration have started talks about how to move forward. The border has been closed for nearly 14 months. The latest extension is set to expire Friday.
