Refugee controversy: Gov. Cuomo says focus should be on vetting process

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)-  Governor Andrew Cuomo says lawmakers who want to ban Syrian refugees are just playing politics since the states have no authority to do that. Governor Cuomo spoke on the issue at a press conference in Buffalo on Wednesday.
