Rapper DMX released from jail in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — DMX is a free man once again.
The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was released from the Erie County Holding Center Friday afternoon after serving out a sentence for failure to comply with a family court order.
The charges against Simmons include $400,000 of unpaid child support.
Several fans gathered outside the prison to greet him upon his release.
