Railroad spikes turned into masterpieces by Pennsylvania artist

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) —Thousands of people head to Allentown Art Festival every year in search of art, good food, and fun in the quaint neighborhood. Over 400 vendors take part in the event–but one stood out.
