Queen Elizabeth celebrates major milestone

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) –  Sixty-three years on the throne, and she’s still making headlines. Queen Elizabeth II is officially Britain’s longest reigning monarch. The royal ascended to the throne in 1952, after her father passed away when she was just 25 years old. She has now been queen for 63 years and seven months.
