Pups at the Pen grad Chowder is waiting for you!

BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) – Chowder is a young, enthusiastic, smart, entertaining, ‘the-glass-is-ALWAYS-half-full’ Pups at the Pen graduate! For the past six weeks, Chowder has lived with female inmates at the Erie County Correctional Facility in Alden.
