Prosecutor submits new evidence against Sabres forward Kane

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Prosecutors continue building their case in alleging Buffalo Sabres forward Evander Kane was trespassing the night he is accused of harassing three women at a downtown Buffalo bar in June.
Erie County assistant district attorney Lynette Reda on Friday submitted a deposition from a Buffalo police officer stating the bar had security staffing its entrance and exit the night Kane was arrested. In handing over the deposition to Judge Barbara Johnson-Lee, Reda said it suppo
