Project Connect Niagara offers one stop shop for those who need help

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – More than 50 local agencies and service providers came together inside Heart, Love & Soul on Wednesday to try to reach the working poor, the homeless, and those at risk of becoming homeless in the Niagara County community.
