Police: Three arrested in botched kidnapping

WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) — West Seneca Police say three people were arrested in relation to a botched kidnapping stemming from a November incident.
Willie Cannon, 28, Richard Serrano, 20, and Alicia Galley, 43, are accused of forcing someone into a car at gunpoint on Harlem Road.
Police say they then drove the victim to Buffalo where a struggle for a gun ensued in the vehicle. Cannon was struck by gunfire inside the vehicle as it was moving, according to police.
