Police: Three arrested after meth lab uncovered in apartment

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) — An uncovered basement meth lab led police to arrest three locals in the City of Jamestown Wednesday.
Police raided a basement apartment on East Second Street after securing a search warrant. Inside, police say they found methamphetamine and heroin, along with precursors for the production of methamphetamine.
Officers arrested 28-year-old Amanda Penhollow and 29-year-old Richard Philbrick, residents of the apartment, along with 36-year-old Donald King. Police s
