Police respond to afternoon shooting in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — News 4 is at the scene of a shooting at Clayton St. and Layer Ave. in Buffalo.
The shooting occurred sometime in the early afternoon Monday.
The victim was known to have been heading to a hospital, according to police at the scene.
