Police: Man said he “did not remember” hitting car after driving drunk from accident

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Although his vehicle was damaged, a North Tonawanda man said he “did not remember hitting a car” when he was charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.
City of Tonawanda police say Daniel Duguay, 49, rear-ended a vehicle stopped in traffic on Twin City Highway at Luskin Dr. Sunday afternoon. After this, he allegedly drove away.
