Police investigating deadly east side shooting

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened in an east side neighborhood early Tuesday evening.
Police say a 31-year-old Amherst man was shot on Northumberland Avenue just after 5 p.m. He was transported to ECMC where he later died.
