Police investigate gunfire in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Early morning gunfire on Wednesday had police investigating northwest Buffalo, just above the Black Rock neighborhood.
Police have yet to release any details, however they responded to Royal Avenue at around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday to investigate gunfire.
Witnesses on the scene say they heard nearly 10 gunshots sound off in the black of night. Police surrounded a vehicle struck by gunfire. It sustained a flat tire and bullet holes in the body of the vehicle.
