Police: Erratic driver found passed out with cocaine, pills

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police in the City of Tonawanda say a man was found with cocaine and Valium after passing out in his vehicle.
On Thursday afternoon, officers began to investigate after receiving a call about a driver “all over the road” on Young St.
The vehicle was last seen near the Tops store on that street, police say, and was found in the parking lot.
The driver, who was still behind the wheel, was “very lethargic and dazed” when awoken, police say
