Police: Drunk man rear-ends car, is arrested

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — An accident along Niagara Falls Boulevard led to the arrest of a local man on Saturday.
Police say they responded to the accident and realized the driver behind the wheel was drunk. New York State Troopers tested the man’s intoxication, and say Richard A. Rogers registered a .21 percent blood alcohol content.
Rogers allegedly drove drunk nearly three times the legal limit, leading to charges of felony aggravated DWI and aggravated unlicensed operatio
