Police: Crack smoking, robbery with sword lead to arrests

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — City of Tonawanda police say a night of smoking crack ended with accusations and an alleged robbery with a katana.
Police say William Harris III, 47, and two others spent the night smoking crack in a Fletcher St. apartment. During this time, Harris got into an argument with another man after discovering that his bracelet had been pawned earlier in the evening “to buy more crack cocaine,” police say.
