Police crack down on underage drinking in University Heights

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – More than a dozen University of Buffalo students were arrested at house parties over the weekend. This comes after neighbors and students say police are cracking down on underage drinking. Now students and neighbors disagree on how this issue should be handled.
