Police: Case closed as second man arrested in connection with barber shop shooting

ASTABULA, Oh. (WIVB) — Another homicide case in Buffalo is closed after police in Buffalo say they’ve arrested the suspects responsible for a brutal murder in a Buffalo barber shop.
According to Buffalo Police, officers in Ohio arrested a Buffalo man who has been on the run after a local barber died from a host of gunshot wounds at his place of employment. With the help of U.S. Marshals in Ohio, they arrested 24-year-old Luis Olivera in Astabula, Ohio.
