Planned Kenmore Avenue development irks some neighbors

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Sinatra’s restaurant is located on the border of Buffalo and the Town of Tonawanda. It will eventually move across the street to a new location on Kenmore Avenue. Some neighbors say the project is too big for too little of a space.
