Pendleton fireworks display cut short after brush fires

PENDLETON, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Town of Pendleton had to stop their Independence Day fireworks display more than halfway through it. During the show, Town Supervisor Joel Maerten said firefighters were scrambling to keep up with the brush fires that were created by the display.
