Paving project closes lanes on Niagara St.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — If you’re driving through Buffalo’s west side on Wednesday morning, be on the lookout for workers on Niagara St.
The workers will be between Virginia St. and Porter Ave.
Some of the lanes are closed due to a paving project.
Workers have been out since 4 a.m., and should be done by Noon.
