Parkside residents frustrated with ongoing construction project

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- It was a frustrating end to the Labor Day holiday weekend for Parkside residents like George Alexander.
Tuesday morning he woke up to a surprise; that he no longer had access to his driveway.
Alexander said the city never gave him a heads up.  According to the city, that’s the private contractors job.
