Parents expressing concerns about no delay during arctic blast

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) —  Buffalo side streets are still covered with snow while buses pull up to the Olmsted School.
“I know we didn’t get a lot of snow but it’s cold,” said Eddie, who drove his son to school.
“It’s kind of crazy that kids are going to school in this kind of weather,” said Wilson Vazquez.  “The authorities are doing what they think is right but I think it’s crazy.”
