PA man charged with damaging another boat, leaving the scene

BUSTI, N.Y. (WIVB) – A 19-year-old Pennsylvania man is facing charges after allegedly backing a motor boat into another vessel on Chautauqua Lake and fleeing the scene.
Raymond D. Yoder, 19, of Mayport, Pennsylvania, was charged with leaving the scene of a navigation property damage accident without reporting.
