Overnight shooting on Buffalo’s east side

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Buffalo Police are continuing to investigate an overnight shooting near Bailey and Hewitt Avenues.
Detectives say a 21-year-old male was struck by gunfire while sitting in a vehicle at approximately 12:45 a.m. Sunday.
The male victim was transported to ECMC with apparent non-life-threatening injuries.
