One Seneca Tower up for “first bids”

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Buffalo’s tallest building is back up for sale.
Four months after, Pyramid Brokerage paid $28 million for it at auction, the owners of One Seneca Tower have issued a “first call for offers” on the building, and the offers are due next week.
