Olean man charged with kidnapping woman

OLEAN, N.Y. (WIVB) — After a woman went missing in Olean, police arrested her alleged kidnapper.
Francis O’Donnell, 61, was charged with kidnapping Karen Peer. Peer was located at Olean General Hospital on Monday morning.
O’Donnell was taken into custody. More charges against him are pending.
