Olcott, Springville get another dose of lake effect

OLCOTT, N.Y. (WIVB)- For the third morning in a row drivers had a slushy, snowy commute along the 219 and route 39 in Springville.
Plows got an early start, and were on the roads around 2 a.m. Wednesday.
Drivers say despite the flurries, it was a welcome relief from the conditions earlier in the week, when roads were even more slick and snow covered.
Jackie Jackson told News 4 Route 39 was a little slick, but she remembers last year, and said she won’t complain.
“We had a nice l
