NYISO Energy Watch ends

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The New York Independent System Operator, which oversees the electricity grid, ended an Energy Watch that it issued on Thursday. The NYISO ended the watch late Thursday night, saying operating reserves returned to standard levels and that the grid is operating normally.
