Not all homeless want to go inside when it’s cold

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Bracing for the coldest night so far this season, workers with the Homeless Alliance of Western New York made the rounds under bridges looking for homeless people to bring inside before the temperature dips to the single digits.
But many homeless, like Justin, chose to stay outside Monday night. “How do we do it like this? You know how we do it, we cover up and we stay warm, with blankets, sleeping bags and I have everything I need to be outside.”
